Subject:醉月樓-用餐經驗很不好
昨天「第一次」到醉月樓用餐，2長輩+4小小孩一行共11人，分兩桌坐，點餐人員可能很忙，不很耐煩有點焦躁，又告知我們一道菜是1-2人份，想說很小份，因昨天是要幫長輩慶生，就點了10幾道兩大桌子的菜；過程中點餐人員從未善意提醒點菜量已遠遠超過，冷氣又強，上菜速度很快，一下就冷掉，冷了更沒辦法很快吃完…………，離開時打包了有一半的菜吧~~花了快1萬元換來這樣的用餐經驗，實在很難有好評價；之前去吃過冰，覺得整體環境跟人員都很不錯，這次才選在這用餐。希望貴公司內部教育訓練時，在「話術與善意提醒顧客」的方面是不是可以再想想！
